Turkish Spiced Köfte
Who doesn't love köfte? These little Turkish meatballs, bursting with spices and flavor, take me straight back to Istanbul, to the scent of grills drifting through bustling streets. The recipe is heartwarmingly simple: a few spices, quality meat, and a touch of love. I invite you to shape them with your hands, to feel the cumin and paprika mingling with the tender meat. In your mouth, it's a journey: the slightly crisp exterior, the juicy and aromatic interior. Pair them with a fresh yogurt sauce, and your taste buds will dance. Give it a try—it's a little piece of Turkey on your plate!
