
Moroccan Kefta Kebab with Spices and Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- Ground beef (or lamb)500 g
- Onion1 medium, grated
- Fresh parsley2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh cilantro2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ground cumin1 teaspoon
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Lemon1, juice
- Greek yogurt1/2 cup
- Pita bread4 loaves

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, grated onion, parsley, cilantro, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, pepper, olive oil, and minced garlic until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion around wooden skewers previously soaked in water, forming sausages about 2 cm thick.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill.

Grill the skewers for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate.
