Turkish Lamb Kebab (Şiş Kebab)

When I think of Turkish cuisine, I see the streets of Istanbul filled with the aroma of grilled meats. This Şiş kebab is a direct journey to the land of spiced flavors and tender meats. The lamb marinated in yogurt with spices becomes incredibly tender, with a smoky hint from the grill. I recommend making it for a dinner with friends: the smell wafting from your skewers is a promise of togetherness. Serve it with warm Turkish bread, a fresh salad, and a glass of ayran. It’s simple, quick, and 100% halal. Try it—you’ll see it’s happiness in every bite!
