Date and Orange Blossom Kalbs Chalet
These Date and Orange Blossom Kalbs Chalet are a true invitation to travel, a sweet tribute to Algerian pastry, where the generosity of dates meets the delicacy of orange blossom water. You will love their crispy texture on the outside and melting on the inside, a perfect harmony of sweet and spicy flavors. In Algerian cuisine, dates are often used to sweeten naturally, and this dessert is a must-have for celebrations. A frequent question: what is the difference between Algerian and Moroccan couscous? Often, Algerian couscous is served with more varied meats and a spicier sauce, while Moroccan can be more sweet and savory with raisins and almonds. But here we focus on sweetness: these turnovers are perfect for pairing with mint tea, and I guarantee they will disappear in no time!
