- Plain yogurt400 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Pita bread4 pieces
- Butter100 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Sliced lamb or beef600 g
- Tomato paste2 tablespoons
- Green peppers2 pieces
- Tomatoes2 pieces
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes1 teaspoon

Prepare the tomato sauce: heat olive oil in a pan, add tomato paste, a little water, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Mix yogurt with crushed garlic and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate.

Cut pita bread into pieces and sauté in a pan with a little butter until crispy. Spread in a large serving dish.

In a pan, heat the remaining butter and sauté the sliced lamb or beef with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well cooked. Add diced peppers and tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
