Ingredients

  • Milk powder1 cup
  • Flour1/4 cup
  • Baking powder1/4 teaspoon
  • Clarified butter (ghee)2 tablespoons
  • Milk1/4 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Ground cardamom1/2 teaspoon
  • Saffron1 pinch
  • Frying oilfor frying

Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix milk powder, flour, and baking powder.

    Add ghee and milk, then knead until you get a smooth, non-sticky dough.

    Shape into small balls the size of a walnut and set aside.
