  • fine semolina150 g
  • onions3 medium
  • fresh parsley1 bunch
  • fresh cilantro1/2 bunch
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • ground cumin1 teaspoon
  • olive oil3 tablespoons
  • warm water250 ml
