    In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with crushed garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. Refrigerate.

    Cut the chicken breasts into strips. In another bowl, mix them with olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the parsley.

    Heat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken strips for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

    Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side in the same pan. Spread the garlic yogurt sauce on each tortilla.

    Fill with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and parsley. Roll tightly, enclosing the filling. Serve immediately.
