- Garlic4 cloves
- Fresh coriander1 bunch
- Fresh parsley1 bunch
- Olive oil6 tablespoons
- Lemon juice3 tablespoons
- Ground cumin1 teaspoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Sweet red pepper (optional)1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the coriander and parsley.

In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, chopped herbs, cumin, paprika, sweet pepper, salt and pepper.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well to obtain a smooth marinade.

Use immediately to marinate fish, chicken or vegetables, or let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to develop the flavors.
