Moroccan Cheese and Herb Triangles (Briouates with Kiri)

Oh, these cheese briouates! Whenever I make them, I'm transported back to the medina of Marrakech, with that spice-laden aroma drifting through the alleys. The melting filling of Kiri and mozzarella, infused with cumin and cilantro, is absolute bliss. It's a perfect starter to wow your guests without spending hours in the kitchen. And if you're wondering which spices are essential in Moroccan cuisine, cumin, paprika, and saffron are the holy trinity to perfume your dishes. So indulge in these crispy little triangles that will delight your taste buds just before the main course.
