Chakhchoukha b'tidche

Let me take you to the heart of Algeria with this chakhchoukha b'tidche, an ancient dish that warms the soul. Imagine shredded msemmen bread in a tomato sauce infused with chicken, cinnamon, and sweet paprika. It's a journey of textures and flavors my grandmother made for gatherings. A humble, generous, and deeply comforting dish, perfect for sharing authentic family moments.
