
Tunisian Kefta Skewers with Spices and Tomatoes

- grated onion1 medium
- fresh parsley, chopped3 tbsp
- ground cumin1 tsp
- ground coriander1 tsp
- sweet paprika1 tsp
- Tunisian harissa1 tbsp
- salt1 tsp
- black pepper1/2 tsp
- cherry tomatoes200 g
- olive oil2 tbsp

In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, grated onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, harissa, salt, and pepper. Knead well by hand until you get a homogeneous paste.

Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or 1 hour for more flavor).

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Form small elongated kefta balls with lightly oiled hands.
