Ingredients
- lamb (from leg or shoulder)500 g
- plain yogurt150 g
- lemon juice2 tbsp
- olive oil2 tbsp
- ground cumin1 tsp
- paprika1 tsp
- ground coriander1 tsp

- green bell pepper1

Cut the lamb into 3-4 cm cubes and place in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat, mix well, and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours (ideally 4 hours).
