- ground almonds200 g
- icing sugar100 g
- melted butter80 g
- orange blossom water2 tbsp
- ground cinnamon1 tsp
- honey150 ml
- toasted sesame seeds2 tbsp
- frying oil500 ml

Mix ground almonds with icing sugar, cinnamon and orange blossom water to form a smooth filling. Let rest 10 minutes.

Cut each brick sheet in half. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold the sides and roll into a cigar or triangle shape. Brush with melted butter.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the briouates 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Drain on paper towels.

In a saucepan, warm the honey over low heat. Dip the hot briouates in the honey, then roll in sesame seeds.
