- icing sugar80 g
- ground cinnamon1 teaspoon
- orange blossom water2 tablespoons
- melted butter50 g

Mix the ground almonds, icing sugar, cinnamon and orange blossom water in a bowl until you get a smooth paste.

Cut each brick pastry sheet in half, brush each half with melted butter, then place a spoonful of filling on one edge. Fold into a triangle by folding the sides over.
