Egg and Tuna Brik
Ah, the egg and tuna brik, a treasure of Tunisian cuisine! When I make it, I'm reminded of the lively streets of Tunis, where every bite tells a story of sun and sharing. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, this brik reveals a runny egg heart and fragrant tuna. It's a simple yet generous dish, perfect for a quick dinner or a festive appetizer. I promise you a Mediterranean journey with this 100% halal recipe, no pork or alcohol. Try it, and feel the magic of Tunisian street food!
