- Tuna in water2 cans (200g)
- Eggs4
- Tomatoes2
- Green bell pepper1
- Red onion1
- Pitted black olives100g
- Capers2 tablespoons
- Harissa1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice1 lemon
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin1 teaspoon
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepperto taste
- Fresh chopped parsleya few sprigs

Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes, then peel and slice them.

In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, harissa, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the capers and sliced black olives.

Wash and dice the tomatoes, slice the green pepper into thin strips, and slice the red onion into rings.
