Ingredients
- dried peeled fava beans250 g
- garlic3 cloves
- olive oil4 tablespoons
- ground cumin1 teaspoon
- sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- saltto taste
- water750 ml
- fresh parsleya few sprigs for garnish

Rinse the dried fava beans and soak them in cold water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain them.

In a large pot, place the drained beans, peeled garlic, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer covered for 30-35 minutes, until the beans are tender.

Remove from heat, blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. Add salt and cumin, mix.
